General Information:
4th – 8th Grades
Teams will be formed for boys and girls 4th – 8th grade
to participate in competitive play against other traveling
or school-based teams. The team roster will be limited to
a max of 10 members, based upon the tryout session. The primary
basis for team selection is the ability to perform related
basketball skills. The tryout will be physically demanding,
but this will not be the only criterion for selection! Playing
time will be at the discretion of the coach. Those who will
miss games and/or practices for avoidable reasons are advised
not to tryout!
The Foresters program is not just a recreational program and
as a result, the coach will make all of the decisions for the
team. Submission of the form and fee constitutes agreement
of the above conditions. Please read and understand them! Play
will start in mid November and continue through the middle
of March.
Away games will be played at various suburban locations, primarily
on weekends.
