Celebrating Seniors Week held in May each year.
Free Events for ages 60 & UP
The month of May is Older American's Month, and the Village of River Forest, Oak Park, and Forest Park have proclaimed the week of May 7-14 Celebrating Seniors Week. This year's theme is “Experience Matters". Older adults have a lot of lived experiences to share, but also have yet to “experience” all that life has to offer. The goal of Celebrating Seniors Week this year will be to create and share “experiences” in the form of events for all to share. Enjoy FREE programs and events during this fun week!
Visit the Celebrating Seniors website for more information at celebratingseniors.net. Register online at rfparks.com or RSVP to Karen Stille at 708-366-6660 ext.105 or kstille@rfparks.com
