Park Permits

River Forest residents, businesses, and organizations can acquire a Park Permit for any park space, depending on availability.

Athletic Field Permits

River Forest residents, businesses, organizations, and non-residents can acquire an Athletic Field Use Permit for any athletic field use of eight (8) persons or more on any ball diamond or soccer field, depending on availability.

Thanksgiving Football Games Permits

The River Forest Park District makes a limited number of field spaces available to River Forest residents for Thanksgiving football games. Park District fields will be available for reservations from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on Thanksgiving day. There will be a two hour limit per reservation. Permits will be accepted beginning November 5th and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that all other Park District fields (outside what is listed above) will be heavily aerated prior to Thanksgiving day and will be unusable for football games.
